Ótima localização, bem perto da praia das conchas.
Nada, apenas poderia ter uma outra lixeira na sala. Só tinha uma no banheiro.

Not much. If you are looking for just a room next to a construction site, this is OK.
It is just a room with no facilities (I understand this is being built). Construction work going since 8.00am even on Saturdays. In addition, you could hear the room next door guests talking through the night and early morning.! I doubt the walls are sound proof like they told me!
