Location to fort access.
Stairs are ruff but doable. Fri and Sat or neighbors children ran around, inside and out on the balcony until 10(quiet time) but it was very loud. It is not your fault, people aren't considerate of their neighbors..

We loved that it was walking distance to the beach. Walking to the beach every day was one of our favorite parts of our trip! It was also nice having a full sized kitchen so we could make meals if we didn't feel like going out. We were centrally located to just about anything we wanted to do on the island. When we did have any issues, management was incredibly nice and did everything they could to see to our issues.
There was nothing major, just a lot of small annoyances and things overlooked by management that added up to kind of a frustrating stay. To begin with, from the time we made the booking to the time we actually arrived (a month or two) the original management company pulled out of the state and sold the property to someone else. In the shuffle, something got messed up in the system and we were never sent the door code to enter the property, forcing us to have to call upon arrival. New management staff was incredibly nice and helpful and got us in right away. To be clear, this isn't something we blame new management for, but it wasn't a great way to start our stay.
The more we stayed, the more we noticed the property had just not been maintained very well. Little things like every lightbulb in the unit being a different color, remotes not all having batteries and also having sticky residue all over the back, dents in walls that either weren't patched or were patched and painted over with unmatched paint, dead bugs piled up against baseboards like the place had been bugbombed in the past and not cleaned. Dishes had been put back in the cabinets dirty/greasy. There were no cleaning supplies for minor spills, etc. The clothes dryer didn't work great, and the washer got out of balance if you put more than five things in it. Wifi only worked in the livingroom.
While lifting cushions on the couch, it was clear that previous renters had made messes on the couch and just flipped the cushions.
The worst honestly was the beds. Both beds were incredibly mushy and soft, like they'd been broken down for 10 years, and then had a 3 inch foam mattress topper thrown on top to make it even worse. It was bad enough we tried sleeping on the couch and recliner just to have some support. Not sure how so many other reviews remarked on the beds being so comfortable--they were absolutely not.
