The location is great. Walking distance to the train station, restaurants, supermarkets. 15 mins walk from the beach and to the core of Nice.
They have luggage storage after check out, in case you have a late train which is super convenient. The staff is super friendly and welcoming.
The rooms are small but they provide the basics.

Excellent location for a one night stay if you are traveling primarily by train. A short 2 blocks to the hotel. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful when we had questions

Morning staff were professional and very helpful.
Room is very clean, air conditioning works well.
Wifi is good in the lobby and its quiet enough to work temporarily.
Night staff was not professional, breakfast must be ordered the night before, but night staff did not inform us, they also asked for a credit card without explaining it was for an authorization hold.
Pillows are too hard/too big so if you have a sensitive neck it will be hard to sleep.
Wifi signal was bad in my room.
