The hotel was really clean and the staff were helpful. The hotel it self was really safe.
We were three girls staying there and the only problem we had about was the neighbourhood, we didn’t feel we were safe while walking to the hotel. And the room was a little small for 3 people.

Great location, near the main train station and major tram lines, so quite accessible to get around. Near shops and restaurants, though the area can get sketchy after 11 pm. There is an elevator, but it is small (can only fit two medium-sized persons at most) so don't bring massive luggage if you can't carry it. Room size was OK; there was a built-in cabinet on the bedhead (?) so you can put your belongings there. There are also both European and multi-purpose sockets on the bedhead, which makes charging very convenient
Amenities/facilities in the room: built-in hand soap and shower gel, two towels, extra blanket, a table, mirror, one chair, TV (we didn't use), and AC (quick to get cold, so that's nice during the summer)
Wifi was not connecting (we heard another guest complaining about it), the bathroom sink was slow to drain, there was a leak coming out of the bathroom light (but fortunately, they fixed it the next day), some lingering smell when we came in but it went away by the morning. The price per night reflects the peak summer period - a bit high given what you get

Close to the Nice-Ville train station and main shopping areas. 15 min walk to the beach. Our hairdryer in the room didn’t work, but the reception guy brought us a new one which we appreciated.
Not a negative, but would be great if there was a clothes drying rack. The laundromat was a 1 min walk away!
