Very close to the beach, main shopping area, and train station. The staff was very friendly. They offer mats to use on the beach which was great.
The kitchen had no forks to eat with only spoons and exactly three plates.

Location is the best thing about this 'apart-hotel'. Very central, on a quiet street off the main street in Nice. Minutes walk from the train station, old town and seafront. Jean at reception was very helpful and friendly and allowed me to check in 3 hours early, which i appreciated a lot. The bed was comfortable and i slept undisturbed all five nights i was there.
I booked this place because of the price and location. Considering the excellent location I think I got a great price and don't have any complaints. Just don't expect much from the 'hotel'. It's very basic. My room was tiny but had all i needed, namely fridge, aircon and kettle! Shower is very small too
