great location

The hotel needs urgent renovations. The paint on the walls was falling off. The furniture inside the room was old and needed a new paint job. The bathroom was not very clean and there was a leftover hair from a previous guest next to the hairdryer. It is definitely not a “boutique hotel” - more like a hostel. The receptionist was not very helpful when we came to collect our luggage and did not even say bye to us when we left. Very dissapointing stay.

Great place to stay in Avignon. Super location, large sized room, comfortable bed, and the front desk personnel were very helpful. Great breakfast pastries to your right as you leave the front door of the hotel. There is also a grocery story just past the pastries for your "picnic" and snack needs. Oh yes, did I mention that they also sell wine there? For a little over 5 Euro you can buy a really nice local rose. Don't forget to bring your corkscrew!

The bathroom was a bit small, but manageable.

Clean, near the train station, which is what we wanted.

Beds could be better, but not bad.

trash bin in bathroom dirty did not have a bicycle storage , though we could store them at a partner hotel, 400m away, for 5€/bike/night in their courtyard, not protected from rain (cost a bit excessive)

My room was in the fifth floor and the elevator only reach the forth floor so not very comfortable if you have heavy luggage

Parking a fair distance away in a car park not secure. Then walking back to the hotel with heavy bags. Decor very tatty - needs sprucing up.
