The price for 4 nights was very affordable
A/C worked really well
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Comfortable beds
Locals keep their cows in the yards and sometimes the smell from this would whoof through the hotel, not inside the rooms though.

For the price and location this place was the perfect choice for our family traveling along the east coast of srilanka. A small walk to the beach and air-conditioned rooms this room delivered for it's price. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The free breakfast every morning was a nice touch.
The bathrooms on the top floor had a funky smell coming from the drains. Since we had two rooms on the top we verified it wasn't just ours. The staff tried to help by spraying airfreshner, but unfortunately didn't help much.

Lovely staff, so helpful and kind. Nice, clean sheets and comfortable bed. Rooms are spacious and the aircon is BRILLIANT. Cool showers, sometimes water is warm.
250 m to beach is accurate- or possibly a bit less than that. No noise from beach bars etc. They only take cash, we paid rupees.
The beach is BEAUTIFUL. Both beach bars near the accommodation are good and take credit cards.
We are a family of 5 and we had 2x 3 person rooms with balcony. They made sure we could have rooms next door which was very kind as I had booked different types of rooms by mistake!
Breakfast is tea/coffee and some egg or sausage rolls.

Rea Beach Way hotel is a short walk away from a lovely beach. The beach has a choice of restaurants with the option of seating on the beach and are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were a group of 22 people and were well accommodated at Rea Beach.
Some rooms were not ready by check in time, but we're quickly prepared when our large group arrived.
