1) i loved Tokyo restaurant which was just below the apartment. One night the staff were so kind to bring up the order to our apartment door. We also loved the in dining, very cosy place with very friendly staff and excellent food.
2) apartment very central and very close to the railway station. Everything was walkable distance.
3) loved the fact that we had a fully equipped kitchen to cook ourselves occasionally.
1) Shower head missing when we arrived but this was immediately resolved the next morning.The problem was that the new shower head did not fit on the vertical rail on the wall so we had to hold it while showering.
2) I also noticed that some of the internal door handles (the ones to the bathroom and bedroom) were very loose every time we opened the door and i was scared they are coming off the door.
3) occasionally we had a strong bin smell in the apartment, especially the first day and on/off during the stay.

Location and cleanliness was good
There is no lift for the apartment it was on 3rd floor, which we were not knowing and didnot mentioned anywhere old people cannot climb. We had two big bag but they helped to take bags in our room.
