Very clean and modern, unlike most properties we stayed at in Greece. Location was terrific, too.
WiFi went out while we were there. Otherwise, no complaints.

We loved the location of the hotel. Further from the main harbour but close enough to be part of the action in Chania. The room was beautiful especially the bathroom. The real standout was Dimitra at the front desk! She was so informed and helpful in helping make our stay memorable. She gave us special tips, information, helped us book experiences and more.

Everything was very clean, the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the breakfast at the lovely restaurant by the harbor was a real treat. The balcony had a beautiful view, too.
We would happily come back!
Parking can be a little challenging during the high season.

We enjoyed the architecture and the attention to details in the interior design the most. It has a character of luxury while still in the theme of the old City of Chania. The location was maybe the best in Chania. Beautiful view from the balcony and the windows and central location with spacious parking nearby. It was also very easy to self check-in, something we always value. Saturday's farmer's market just outside is a nice bonus if you are coming from abroad.
Unfortunately, we stayed for two very cold winter nights. The heating on the ground floor was not working (for which I would like to have been informed beforehand), leaving us reliant solely on the bedroom air conditioner, which was obviously insufficient to heat the entire maisonette. To make matters worse, the air-con filters appeared not to have been cleaned for a long time, causing it to shut off after about an hour and stop. Overall, the low indoor temperature made the stay uncomfortable and left a bitter aftertaste.
