The beds were very comfortable. The rooms and bathroom were nice and spacious.
When we walked in, we heard people talking and it sounded like someone was inside our unit. It turned out that there was a family staying upstairs and the only thing separating them from us was a light door that had a considerable gap underneath. We could hear all the noise from them through the door. We also heard a ton of noise through the ceiling, especially when they dropped the balls from their pool table. Also, there was a window without blinds facing the other family's porch and we kept seeing people looking straight into our unit.

Loved the property. Due to rain we didn’t get to walk the acres of land. I loved the proximity to Warwick and other quaint towns and I loved staying on a farm. Our accommodations felt spacious and private. The owners were extremely welcoming and responsive.
