Comfortable cute modern guesthouse with all of the amenities, large deck, in ground pool, sun chairs, gazebo, private road and trees and very peaceful. Will definitely rent again. The only slight drawback was that the refrigerator’s ice maker was frozen upon arrival and no ice trays in the freezer. Since I’m an HVAC Technician I figured out how to turn on the ice makers Defrost setting. After that it made ice but took a while. Wife and I went to celebrate the first part of our 7 year anniversary and this spot became one of our favorites. We rented a boat on Greenwood Lake which was not far at all and a beautiful scenic drive. The lake is awesome!
Owners home was close but not much activity from them. Just a couple of teenager’s were out one day by the garage not so noisy or disturbing. They kept distance and peace. Not something worth mentioning as a dislike but wanted to add this for upcoming lucky guests just so they don’t freak out if a human sighting happens lol. All good!
