Incredible Gulf Views | 4-Min Walk to Beach!! A million dollar view! Read my review’s. This is lt home and I rent it to families and must be 28 and older. You can hear the beautiful ocean from your extra large private patio! Pools Galore | Very Spacious 2BR+ Bunk room with a barn door for privacy in bunk room with a window too!! | 16th Floor ( super great water pressure ) at Laketown Wharf! Best layout in PCB. Master bath has a tub and shower and very spacious master suite. This is literally my home away from home that I share for families and Snowbirds to make precious memories.

Located on the 16th floor with 1,262 sq ft condo combines comfort, convenience, and unforgettable Gulf views — perfect for families, couples, or snowbirds looking to unwind in style. Please read ALL of my reviews. Bookings include startup TP, 1 roll of paper towels a washing machine and dryer and I do not provide laundry detergent as everyone has their own preference.

• Large private balcony with panoramic views of the beautiful Emerald Gulf
• Sleeps 6-7 comfortably: ( I also have a pack n play)
• 2 KING bedrooms
• bunk room with bunk bed and barn door
• 2 full bathrooms w/ garden tub, dual vanity, and separate shower in the owner’s suite
• Washer & Dryer in unit
• Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, cookware, dinnerware, and even plates for the kids! I love to cook!!!
• Central AC/Heat, Smart TVs, and high-speed Wi-Fi
Resort Amenities (Laketown Wharf):
• 5 pools, 2 hot tubs, and poolside bar & grill
• On-site restaurants , fitness center, club, and retail
• 52,000 sq ft Lakefront Boardwalk with nightly light shows
• Covered garage parking
• Directly across from the beach and Pineapple Willy’s — a local favorite for drinks, food, and fun!
Owner-Provided Extras:
• Beach chairs
• Beach buggy
• Small ice chest
• Pack-n-play
• Bedroom fan
• Child Safety latch on front door
• Starter supplies: hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, TP, paper towels, and dishwasher pod
We kindly ask that you treat these items with care so the next guest can enjoy them too. If something breaks, please let us know or replace it if possible. This is an owner-managed unit, and we take pride in offering a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for your vacation.
Important Info:
• All guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
• A one-time resort fee of $90+ tax is due separately to Laketown Wharf COA. This covers parking and wristbands for all guests. I will send you a link to register and you must register all guest and vehicle.
• Please note: Resort amenities may occasionally be closed for maintenance — these situations are outside our control and refunds will not be issued.
• Walmart is right across the street, with Publix, Target, restaurants, and shopping just a short drive away!

YaYa was absolutely the best host! She was always checking in on us, making sure we had everything we needed, and giving us the best recommendations throughout our stay. She truly went above and beyond to make our trip special, and her kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Yaya is the best host I have ever delt with in my many years of traveling. My husband has terminal cancer and Yaya made sure I new all the easiest ways to make sure my husband didn't have to walk far. She even sent me a picture and told me where the handicap parking was. The room was so clean and the view from the balcony was breath taken. We will never stay anywhere else now that we experienced Yaya condo.

Let me first start off by saying Yaya was excellent with communication and gave good local recommendations. Check in/out was a smooth process. Was disappointed with the complex as a whole. It’s ran down and not well maintained with trash everywhere including a Walmart shopping cart on the 16th floor when we arrived. Inaccurate listing. It’s a 2 bedroom (with bunks in hallway), not 3. I’ve stayed at a fair share of VRBO/Airbnb and was surprised when there wasn’t laundry detergent available. We were provided with 1 paper towel roll and two dish washer detergents for our 9 day stay. Little things that cost only a few extra dollars makes all the difference when staying places. Updated pictures needed, carpet no longer there. That alone would have changed my choice (personal preference). Books, games and beach supplies were available which was a nice touch. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Excellent view from the balcony and easy access to the beach. Inside was clean, but has a musty smell. We made the best out of our stay, but will not be staying here again.
