About this house rental
Lovely remodeled single story house with unique style and WI-FI. Master bedroom with King size bed has a French door leads to an expansive/beautiful backyard with 4-holes golf putting. Other three bedrooms also offer king beds, two that feature a desk. Spacious living room (with one sofa/futon bed, 66"x37"), kitchen and dinning/office areas. Large covered patio with outdoor dinning and gym activities. Close to plenty of restaurants and shopping malls. A quick 3-minute drive to the FWY. Great for family vacations, work, or long stays. Our home is close to parks, hiking trials, golf club, and the beach is only a 25 min ride through the canyon to Malibu.

This single story house has been recently remodeled with many new features. The home was very close to what was depicted in the photos and descriptions. The availability of 3 full baths was an added bonus. The kitchen was well appointed although we mainly ordered in. There was one minor issue with the oven as the controls were confusing but we managed. the owner was communicative and responsive. One complaint is the only house number is painted in the curb on the street and when cars are parked and if arriving at night it is hard to know the address. I would recommend for them to add a lighted address sign either in the lawn or attached to the building for visibility and for 911 recognition or safety.

The property was very nice with lots of room for our extended family to stay together. Loved having a large backyard so the kids could run off their energy. Our host was amazing and allowed family who had arrived early to check in early.

Nice big house but not quite as described in terms of quality and amenities. With the cost, I expected much higher quality and amenities.
