Tortuga Landing is a beautifully updated 2BR/2BA waterfront retreat in Key Colony Beach blending modern style with laid-back Keys living. Bring your boat (up to 40 ft) and dock right at the home, or launch a kayak and explore the calm canals. Plus easy access to both the ocean & bay access. Relax by the large shared pool with plenty of shaded space, enjoy ample parking and take advantage of exclusive Cabana Club access with a private beach and Olympic-size pool, bar and snack shack!
The Space:
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and the outdoor space includes a covered seating area and grill. Soak up the sun in the sparkling pool (shared only with the adjoining unit, which is not a rental home). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a bait freezer, fish cleaning station, washer/dryer, and parking for a boat trailer. Nearby, you’ll find beaches, restaurants and parks.

Private entry, parking, patio and dock. Access to the shared pool (only shared with 1 neighbor that is not a rental)

I’ve been going to Marathon around lobster season for 30 years and consistently stay in Key Colony. This is a great place that’s super comfortable for family and friends. Clean, spacious, updated and overall just a great spot. The neighbors were great - the best part is that their dog comes and hangs out! He’s a sweet Golden Retriever. We will be booking here next year!

The sliding door doesn't lock. The bed frame lets the box spring fall through. other than that we had a great time.
