the property is clean, the air conditioning is working well when we ask them if it can be adjusted as we visited summer so its a little bit warmer. They have machine near the stairs to clean your shoes before going up to the front desk.
the elevator is a little shaking when we use it, after stepping it’s doing a little weird shaking before closing the door. The rest is good for its price

The location is great. Near the Metro and walking distance from city centre restaurants museums etc.
Staff were helpful and pleasant. Breakfast ok but unpleasant machine coffee.
The smell of rotting fish in the entrance is overpowering. This permeated into my room on the 2nd floor. A few of the reviews mention this but far fewer than I would expect. This is not the smell of fresh fish being cooked it is more like rotting discarded fish guts.
The room was basic but ok. I could stream Netflix to the TV from my phone.
