Such great value, incredibly friendly and helpful staff and fab location too. We stayed here before a concert and it was perfect, the beds were really comfortable too! Would definitely stay again

Everything! Great amenities, delicious breakfast, amazing and powerful air conditioning, large rooms and bathrooms, and very comfortable beds. The staff was so friendly and so helpful. We wish we had stayed longer!

There is 24/7 reception desk, which is convenient when you have a late flight. The receptionist was nice and friendly, the location about 10 minutes on foot from the main station and the room was spotless. They left a welcome message and a small Marseille soap as a gift for us. It was lovely. And they have a reasonable air condition in the room. I would come back!

The location is quite accessible and is only a short walk to the Vieux Port and shopping areas. The area around the hotel is also very lively and full of interesting and shops and restaurants. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Overall, if you are on a tight-budget, this hotel is decent enough.
The hotel could use some additional cleaning, both in the rooms and in the common areas. The floor in our room was visibly dirty and had hair in the corners. The bathroom was generally clean, but could have used a little more attention. The rooms also do not have a mini-fridge for storing items of food/drink, which is unfortunate. While I am completely aware of energy saving lights, I think the choice to have bright-white lighting made the rooms feel unpleasant - a softer and warmer tone of light would have been more appropriate.
