I liked a lot about the hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was outstanding in terms of choice and freshness. We really appreciated the free coffee, tea and water in the reception area. But the best thing was the staff of the hotel. They were always helpful and cheerful. A special mention for AYMEN, who worked on reception at night. He is a bright and friendly young man with a sunny personality that will take him far in his life. The world needs more people like AYMEN. He is a real asset for the hotel.
Some of the paintwork in our room was badly scuffed.

Good location, good breakfast, decent room (except bathroom)
Example of how Dynamic Pricing by Booking is hurting hotels. For a fair price I would have been reasonably happy with this hotel (say low 100 / mid 100 euro), but that is not what I ended up paying... The high price levels puts everything under a magnifying glass and under pressure. An outdated and unpleasant bathroom is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel charging prime money. A stand-offish receptionist is not acceptable for a 4-star hotel charging prime money. Etc. etc. I feel that hotels need to take their value for money much more serious, as with this approach people end up having a negative experience (that will resonate in reviews), and will not want to visit again.
