The staff are helpful & accommodating
The aircon has poor cooling system, our room remain warm. The idea of the separate toilet is very good but the it should a toilet & shower or toilet & bath

We were allocated a suite on the top (8th) floor with a veranda and a lovely view of the port. The suite was large with a modular bathroom and kitchen and separate toilet. The kitchen included a microwave, refrigerator and Nespresso machine. There was a tram stop directly outside the hotel making it easy to get down to Vieux Port. There is a large Monoprix nearby and a huge shopping centre one stop towards Vieux Port. Reception staff were polite and helpful. There was a water cooler in the Reception area which provided refreshing sparkling water.
Nothing. The Suite Novotel is located in a redeveloped port area which is clean, modern and safe. A perfect place to retreat to after a busy day exploring Marseille.

The suit we had was spacious for our family of four.
Breakfast was decent.
In the suit we had, the toilet was separate from bathroom and it smelled strongly of urine and it was the size of airplanes’ toilets . It was hard to breathe. Also the room smelled very unpleasantly.
