It’s one of my favorite stays. Very safe and very clean. Located in a well organized and calm area. The staff are super nice, especially Naima. Everyone is kind there and they try to help with any request.

We appreciated the paid underground parking (although the entrance is quite narrow and the ceilings are low). The apartments are pet-friendly, which was very important for us. There is a swimming pool and some gym equipment available. The residence is very quiet, as it is mainly for elderly residents, which we really liked. The man at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was very spacious and had everything we needed. It is about a 20-minute drive to the center of Marseille, which was convenient for us.
Unfortunately, there are no parks nearby where you can walk dogs, and the streets around are quite dirty. The woman at the reception did not speak English, which made communication difficult. The kitchen is rather small.

the personnel were very kind. The senior citizens who live in the building were welcoming and kind. It was located next to the tram T2 T3 stop so it was easy to get groceries at Naturalia and Bio Coop.
The airconditionning was broken when I arrived in 40 degree weather. It took 2 days to restore it to working. There was an ant problem. Every night before going to bed I would take all my trash to the first floor to avoid the ants and I would still find a large amount of them eating my sponge the next morning. there was not a vegetable peeler to peel carrots so I bought one. I was sad to not be able to access the sea since the grand port was heavily gated and protected. To access the sea one must go to MUCEM.
