The staff were very professional & informed about local attractions, use of the metro & buses. Staff in the breakfast restaurant were very accommodating & it was obvious that they had been well trained in food hygiene.
I would have liked a comfortable arm chair in the bedroom for reading.

The location and the fact that it has your own kitchen in the room and the price is extremely fair for that.
Maybe the smell of the lobby and the halls maybe the scent they use was strong and not so great

Clean
Expencive. They took at the check in 200 euros from me for what, They told me "we ll give you them back if everything is ok at the end". This is Inadmissible to me.
