Swimming pool was small and you have to reserve every time. Elevator almost falls apart and is very small

Lovely room on side street, near the Joliette metro and Tram T2 and 3. Lively neighbourhood. Really liked the small pool downstairs to destress after a long day. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was varied with sweet and savoury options.
The pool was quite small and it was slightly awkward being there at the same time as other guests.
