Another set of washer/dryer for added convenience is also on this level. Second floor: Primary bedroom- Sprawling King bed, streaming tv, ensuite bath, and private balcony Bedroom 2- Queen bed with ensuite. The third floor is dedicated to your living and entertaining pleasure! There are a few locked owners closets. No Pets. No Smoking in the home or on the balconies. We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn't work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s). Primary renter must be present on all bookings. There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.
