All as described, remote, private, super clean, and home still feels new... Great views of prescott valley and surrounding areas. Had all amenities and then some!

I stayed here with my 9 year old, my fiancé, and my fiancées mom for a few nights and we loved this house. It has beautiful views from every single window in the house - and there are a lot! The inside has a modern touch along with some rustic decor. This is a place to relax and unwind, and there’s good food nearby too. We went to Leff-T’s for dinner, and Jen’s Cafe for breakfast. We also stayed in and cooked quite a bit in the beautiful kitchen. We woke up to 4 white tailed deer in the backyard one morning. This house is secluded enough so you don’t have to worry about any neighbors, but you can still take a quick 10 minute drive for food/shopping. We all loved our stay here, and would definitely stay again.

We loved the house. Finding the house at night is a challenge because the driveway is not marked highlighted. We were comfortable, the mattresses were comfortable, we enjoyed our stay. You can't beat the views.

This is a beautiful property with lots of open spaces both indoors and outdoors. The owner was very responsive to inquiries and clearly takes excellent care of the property. Highly recommend, espcially if you are looking for a quick weekend getaway from the city. Clean crisp air and peacefully quiet.

Beautiful home, wonderful views, great place for staying while taking daughter to Embry-Riddle. Aprx 25 minutes to school easy drive everything you need & more.

Sunrises and sets beautiful. The deer were an added plus. Very clean, updated, and comfy home everything you need . Hosts were friendly and helpful. Every photo shown on site is accurately displayed, however better in person.

From the moment we arrived we were blown away by this rental. This ranch house was clean, beautifully upgraded and well stocked with all the things we nedded for a comfortable stay. The 360° views were amazing. We will certainly recommend this property to family and friends. My husband, dogs and I had an exceptional time!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. We wished we could have stayed longer, but we had to get back home, for work. The owner, Trent was very thoughtful and communicated with quick responsiveness. I especially liked how clean the home was and it was a very comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again! On a side note, I also own and operate my own vacation rental and I definitely could take a few tips from this place!

The location was perfect for us, and the place was great. We REALLY enjoyed the fireplace and common area. The property sits up high on a hill, with great views of the surrounding area. We had a little snow that turned to ice by the front door, but luckily they left a snow shovel out so we were able to clear it. We have other friends that visit family in the area who were excited about staying hear in the future.

This house is perfect in every way. Fantastic views from every room. House is newly remodeled with top of the line appliances. Thoughtfully appointed. Fully stocked kitchen and no details left out…including terry cloth robes and bath balms. Owner communicates throughout the entire stay and very responsive. 5++ stars. We will be back.
