Friendliness of staff, location close to the fair area, good breakfast, nice rooms and bathrooms
carpet on the room's floor is quite old style and not very clean.

The room was lovely. All the receptionists were helpful and very kind. Very close to the Airport and to the Messe. The restaurant below the hotel was excellent with lovely staff.

The hotel is very well located next to convention centre and to public transportation. We were traveling by car and we always had a place to park in the hotel parking.
The staff is extremely nice and welcoming, beds are comfy, the room is warm in winter time and breakfast was fair.
The hotel is getting a bit older, there is no elevator and small fridge or a kettle in the room would be appreciated.
