Very comfortable, warm, spacious and well equipped house.
Lovely soft towels, hot showers, and well equipped kitchen.
It has unloved backyard, such a pity as it would be great for a family with young children to play football outside.
Fortunately for us not all our group used the backyard.
For 5 people it had limited consumables: tea choices, no instant coffee, salt, pepper,toilet freshener, bath soap empty, sauce empty.
As we had no transportation it left one of walking to the shops in the rain to get milk, tea, sauce, tissues etc.
However we should have just packed our own, this would improved our experience which is often supplied with other facilities.
The placements need replacing also too. Very worn out.

Felt very homey and was great for a family getaway
A few things need repairing- front door handle, towel and toilet paper rails in the bathroom near the backyard.
Heating was good in the main areas but there was very little heat in the bedrooms- needs to be addressed as everyone was cold during the night
A lamp next to the tv or in the room as the lights were so bright

Beds were comfortable but squeaky, nice clean towels, garage area for car
Unfinished renovations everywhere, back toilet blocked on arrival and rendered unusable for our stay, very mish mash style of house, very used rug in lounge that was placed over new carpet was awful, doors don’t open easily and need shaving at the bottom to glide and open easily, very unappealing from the street, not quite like the listing online
