Just right next to beer street but the room is real quiet at night, Staff is friendly

The location was central to Old quarter but also very loud until late in the night.
It wasn’t the cleanest of places to stay but the price reflected that

Super friendly staff, so kind when we arrived and helped us with our bags. Room was big, the TV was such a bonus and had a fridge. Great location too as right in the Old Quarter so lots of shops and food places around
We did find that it got very loud during the night when we stayed. We did stay over a weekend so not sure if during the week it’s quieter but the streets were very loud and also other guests were very loud coming up the stairs which was disappointing as we did get disturbed throughout the night due to noise

Location
Night Vietnamese who’s on duty is not friendly and approachable, doesn’t speak English. We booked 3 rooms for 13 persons and they provided 2 towels only when asked for more this night Vietnamese on duty gave few only and said no more but they still have one pack unopened, explained that we can’t share towels. NO LIFT , we have 2nd,3rd and 5th floors rooms so tiring!!!
