Nhân viên thân thiện, chỉ có chút ko hài lòng là khi check out, nhân viên quầy lễ tân không bật đèn sảnh để tối thui à (4h30am).
Phòng phía mặt đường chính (Cửa Bắc), đêm khuya rất ồn do kính cửa cách âm không tốt, Hà Nội xe chạy khuya bấm còi inh ỏi nên rất khó ngủ.

Les espaces communs sont très sympathiques avec frigo, bouilloire, micro onde, plaque pour cuisiner. La chambre ressemble a un petit appartement étudiant, c'est plutôt agréable. L'accueil étant très sympathique.

clean, well designed, nice staffs
my room was on 2nd floor and faced the street, it was super noisy, I couldn’t sleep. I do think the rooms need better sound proof…

交通方便，属于老城区范围，利于citywalk
半夜有类似机器启动的声音突然想起，音量很大且不止一次，被惊醒。房间门隔音也较差，外面人走动声音很清楚。
