Het is een fantastische locatie met een schitterend uitzicht! Een historisch gebouw dat mooi ingericht is waar rekening gehouden is met de historische details. Het personeel gaf ons het gevoel dat we zeer welkom waren.
Voor ons was het bed niet fijn; te zacht en door het kraken van het bed werden we telkens wakker. Dus we hebben beiden wel slecht geslapen. Maar we snappen dat iedereen een andere voorkeur heeft voor de hardheid van het bed.

Le site est exceptionnel
L'arrivée et l'accueil - nous avions envoyé un courriel plusieurs heures à l'avance pour prévenir de notre arrivée et malheureusement notre message n'a pas été lu donc, la barrière pour entrer dans le site était fermée. Nous avons dû nous débrouiller pour trouver une solution. J'ai appelé au numéro de l'hébergement et le message demandait d'appeler à une autre numéro et il était seulement en italien avec aucune autre option. Le personnel s'est excusé et nous a informé qu'ils étaient préoccupés par un mariage à venir la semaine suivante. Donc, nous avons eu le minimum d'attention à notre arrivée.
Le service était correct sans plus, lors de notre souper, la responsable qui faisant le service n'est jamais revenue pour nous demander si nous aimerions un dessert, du café ou thé. Elle était en grande conversation avec un autre couple assis à une autre table. Nous nous sommes levés et elle n'a même pas bronché pour nous saluer car elle continuait sa conversation. En dessous de nos attentes selon les avis que nous avions consultés pour l'accueil et le service et le wifi presqu'inexistant.
