The pool was extremely refreshing. Actually there are two pools and we swam in the bigger one outside that has lounge chairs as the other pool is half indoor half outdoor but more of a wading pool than a pool for swimming. We were met by a kind staff, even though we got to the hotel quite late and they kindly took our luggage straight to the room and parked our car for us. The room was perfect it was comfortable and modern and clean. A coffee machine was provided in the room. The breakfast was very nice although the buffet was limited the food was top-notch. The ricotta cheese was the best I have ever had. They also have an à la carte menu. The spa itself was lovely, although unfortunately we did not have time to take advantage of their spa procedures, although it looked very inviting.

We’ve booked the suite. Very nice room and convenient. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were helpful and friendly. The sauna and other facilities were prefect.

For half the price this would have felt like a lovely hotel but not for the price charged
We really didn't feel this hotel was worth the price at all. The small touches weren't there which you'd expect from this sort of price for a 5-star hotel.
- One day there were quite a few of us in the spa at 7 and the spa was meant to close at 7.30 but they turned everything off at 7. We also saw other guests being given a tour of the spa but we didn't get told anything because we spoke English and it seemed only Italian guests got the tour.
- There was a bar at the pool but no staff there and the sun loungers weren't comfy at all.
- We were also told there was a turn-down service which actually meant they just put a menu next to your bed to make extra money if you wanted breakfast in your room. It would have been a nice touch to turn the lights down and un-tuck the bed which I've had in other hotels costing far less or just don't say you do it at all.
- In the room, the hairdryer was a super cheap rubbish travel one so took ages to dry my hair and there was no iron or ironing board.
- The bed was meant to be a double bed but was just 2 single beds put together.
- The windows all need cleaning in the spa
The love and attention to detail needs to be added to make this worth the price for us. I think the main thing you're paying for here is space really.
