Great location, lovely large rooms which had loads of character and friendly owners.
Cobwebs on the bedroom ceiling and main living room and the windows were dirty, also you can feel the springs through the mattresses which was a shame as its a lovely property.

We really enjoyed our stay in such a pretty location. Tom and Sophie were on hand and super helpful.
Bathrooms could do with updating.

Communication was very good. Brilliant to have supplies on our arrival. Beautiful views from the accommodation and very comfortable. Lovely to meet Tom and Sophie and the little one, not to forget the Westy.
The toilet seats weren't fitted properly or were the wrong size so they moved when you sat on them!

This is a wonderful and quiet place in the Wales countryside! Spacious and cosy apartment, absolutely suitable for 5 people - 5 of us stayed here and we enjoyed every minute of it. Lovely and beautiful scenery, a very calm area, exactly what you need for a vacation. Landlords are friendly with funny little dogs, and we could sit outside in the evenings, enjoying the starshine with a beer (or 2 😁). We were also lucky to enjoy the Perseid meteor shower, with the hooting of Tawny owls in the background. 🤗
On the practical side, Welshpool is very close (13 mins by car) to buy things, and plenty of things to visit around, such as the Powis Castle and Garden, or Montgomery. If you don't mind a bit of driving, you could visit the the Atlantic coast (we drove to Ynyslas, excellent for bird watching or swimming), or we recommend the Precipice Walk, north of Dolgellau - spectacular scenery and great for plane spotting, if you are into that.
Thank you for this wonderful vacation, and we recommend it for larger families as well!
Minor thing but some of the toilet seats could be fixed.
