Hervorragende Ausstattung der Wohnung; sehr viel Stauraum/Ablageflächen. Nicht mehr zu toppende Aussicht vom Balkon auf das Meer. Eigene Garage zu der Wohnung. Direkter Fußweg von der Wohnanlage zum Strand.

Zufahrt in die Garage eng (für Fahrzeuge länger als 4,20 Meter nicht zu empfehlen).
