Superb stay ..

Property has well equipped kitchen,clean room and Everything is near.. Transportation,food and grocery market like Coles,Woolworth,Aldi etc , medicine shop .

Disgusting disappointment

Absolutely nothing expect location.

Absolutely Disgusting – Stay Away at All Costs Never, under any circumstances, would I stay here again. I spent 4 weeks in this property, and from the moment I walked in, it was an utter disgrace. I was greeted with a yellow-stained duvet that smelled foul, and when I raised it with the host, I was told to check the cupboard – where I found another equally filthy and unhygienic duvet. To make matters worse, they had the audacity to suggest I go out and buy a new one and expense it. Unbelievable. The entire apartment was covered in thick black hair – living room, bedroom, bathroom – clearly from previous tenants. Every step I took meant hair sticking to my feet. Completely unsanitary. The sofa was revolting, reeking of wet dog and absolutely soaked in stains. It was unusable and disgusting. I reported all of this on day one, and they did nothing for three weeks – then sent cleaners who made no difference whatsoever. Customer service is a complete joke – dismissive, slow, and completely uninterested in resolving serious hygiene issues. And after enduring this for four weeks, I cleaned the place better than it was when I arrived, only to be told they were trying to take nearly $200 from my account for alleged cleaning issues. The cheek is astounding. This is without doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. The apartment was filthy, smelly, and deeply uncomfortable. Shameful standards, shameful service. Avoid at all costs and advice I wish I took - do not ignore the horrendous reviews! They aren’t lies.

Cockroach-infested disgusting property, take your money elsewhere.

Nothing, a completely terrible experience from start to finish.

There was a cockroach infestation in this property. Absolutely disgusting. I raised this and the property manager sent pest control round but the issue persisted. They insisted that they would not refund me and only with 2 nights left to stay they agreed to refund me for any unused nights. AirKeeper is a terrible company and I would like a full refund.

Great little place. Such a good location for getting around Sydney. You can catch a bus to almost anywhere from Bondi Junction. The apartment was actually quite peaceful at night for such a busy area. The kitchen was great and meant we could cook our own dinners and prepare breakfasts. The bed was really comfy and shower / facilities were all great.

Few things need replacing or fixing. But it wasn’t anything that effected our stay
