- Very good reception service
- Comfy bed and pillows
- taxi to airport 35€+
- Window curtain was falling , not closing properly
- bathroom door had a hole in it from a punch
- no fridge in the room
-housekeeper banging(knocking hard) the door(at 10 am) if you forget to hang the “do not disturb” paper on the knob even if the check out is at 12pm

Clean room and bathroom with a very comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning.
All the staff were fantastically helpful and friendly, it was easy to find in my hire car from the airport and onward travel was a breeze. I would highly recommend the hotel and the breakfast.

Convenient
Check in was not easy since we arrived after 11pm. While we appreciate the benefit of having a computer outside. However self check in should be better especially since the UI was not friendly.

The room was comfortable and the staff were plesant. Although the hotel was basic, it gave us what we needed for one nights stay.
There was very little around the hotel and nowhere to eat on a Sunday. We have to drive to the centre of Pisa to get a meal, which was not great after a long journey.
