I appreciate the welcoming of the staff and their generosity. They accpeted to cook diner for us whereas the kitchen was closed because of our late. Really nice people :)

Very comfortable and reasonably priced accommodations in Phnom Penh.
Very nice breakfast buffet.
Thanks again to the front desk staff. My wife wanted to book an appointment at a nearby spa and the young man at the desk was very helpful in calling the spa and translating for her.
The location is a bit far from the river front area, but not a huge issue as taking a tuk-tuk is inexpensive

The location is good and breakfast is included. But get up early otherwise you will have only leftovers for breakfast.
The smell was awful, I don’t know if the building is moldy or old or AC is that dirty but our room smelled horribly when we arrived. We open window and turn on AC and it helped a little so we stayed but staff should care more. It was clear that nobody checked the room for few days before our arrival..
WiFi need little improvement as its little weak.
This hotel is NOT for you if you are light sleeper.. you can hear everything especially at night.
Plus staff should help out each other, we saw one staff member running around and trying to finish cleaning and 4 others were just staying in lobby chatting.
