Very spacious, and good area with access to things to do. Comfortable beds, lots of necessities placed around home for easy use like cleaning products, towels, blankets, extra toilet roll.
The downstairs bathroom sink plug was broken and stuck in so when arrived was filled with dirty water and left, kitchen tap dripped a lot, front door was very difficult to open so unable to open

We had absolutely everything we needed. It was so clean and homely. The hot tub was gorgeous and well maintained. The views were incredible. The location was perfect, almost like you’re in the middle of nowhere but you’re right on the edge of a tiny little town. Every single person was so friendly. There’s a few bars to visit, some lovely little shops, a small Morrisons and corner shop, a butchers, a delicatessen- a must visit! and just everything you’d imagine a little town / village to be, all within a 5 minute walk.
The smallest thing - the mattress in the upstairs double room was quite hard however that’s personal preference.

This property had absolutely everything you needed and more!
Generous welcome basket, the most delicious local butter and cheese!
Kitchen was equipped with everything, including a coffee machine!
High quality bath towels and separate towels for the hot tub.
The Hot Tub - best one we have ever used! The hood is so easy to put on and off and the temperature holds throughout your use, which is rare!
The location is perfect - fabulous walk up Hergest Ridge and 2 minute walk to The Swan Inn for delicious food.
We will be back!

Little Acre is a lovely house with a large, beautiful enclosed garden which was perfect for our Sproodle, Bruno, to enjoy. It is an extremely practical and well equipped place and had everything we needed plus more! The hot tub was lovely and we had great fun in the games room, especially playing table tennis. The welcome basket was a very thoughtful and kind addition featuring local produce. Easy check in and great communication. Great location for visiting Hay-on-Wye. Highly recommended, we had a lovely stay thank you.
