The staff were exceptionally always helpful and quick to smile. All that food was fresh and delicious... the dinner menus were varied and abundant.... evidence of a talented chef in the kitchen. The waiting staff were impressive how they managed to run the restaurant so smoothly with so many guests there especially through Halloween celebrations. The spa facilities were very clean and accessible till midnight! I enjoyed the interior design.... modern and comfortable. The gardens are lovely too. And there's the resident dog, Olive....regally wandering and lounging around. This is s pet friendly hotel and my experience was that they were all well behaved . I enjoyed that guests of all ages were there... everyone can benefit from these waters that are a gift to this region.
The hotel is a renovated older building so some of the walls are thin and noise can travel. The guests the hotel attracts are a courteous crowd of all ages and the nights were utterly silent.

The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, and the dinner also was delicious and varied.
The pools were one of our favourite parts of the hotel, and we also liked the pleasant indoor areas and overall atmosphere. The location was very convenient as well: the city centre is within easy reach, and the nearby bus stops made travelling to Padova simple.

Room was excellent, breakfast was excellent, room was fine.
A pity that people were allowed to smoke near the swimming pool.
