Room was excellent, breakfast was excellent, room was fine.
A pity that people were allowed to smoke near the swimming pool.

Every staff member was polite and patient in handling my requests.
Breakfast was varied and of exceptional quality. Again, staff were friendly and attentive daily.
The bed and pillows were notably comfortable. There was a bidet.
The pools were accessible inside or out in a quiet neighborhood -- my room faced a park, while the other side looked down on the exterior pool. Plenty of comfortable, potentially shaded seats surround the entire area.
The various timed jetted areas were spread out, and a natural stone pathway especially challenged me during my therapeutic visit.
Excellent savory snacks -- pizza bread (not like in the States) and pesto pasta, for example -- were provided poolside during the day. Onsite dinner was a nightly event with a regional tone.
It's a good neighborhood for a walk up and down the street at all hours. Solid low-cost local food choices, from pizze to kebab, Aldi's to gourmet groceries -- all within 1/2 mile radius.

The exercise bike was older and functioned intermittently.
The stairwell railing on one of the lower floors (one or two, European, and I forgot to mention it!) was loose.
Limited private grounds to walk.

pool was fabulous and the breakfast was too - so much choice! The staff were fun and kind, I really liked them
gym could do with ventilation - it was hot when we were there and it was very stuffy.
