Plenty of space and quiet in the spa/pool area which we really enjoyed. Lovely lounge area and good to have lunch option at restaurant. Nice location for wandering around town.
Despite the outdoor temperature being pleasant, our room was uncomfortably hot (linked to thermal spa?) so our sleep was not the best.

Swimming pools are excellent . The water is beautiful.
Hotel is lovely . Fantastic chandeliers.
Love all the interesting posters in the hallways.
Had a great facial, Alicia was lovely.
Bar staff, Matthew & juditta were very friendly .
Shower was great.
It would be good to have a self serve coffee machine in the breakfast room, as the Cona coffee is dated & the staff don’t really understand for example if you need an americano coffee.
Too many lights in the lobby, it’s far too bright.
In the evening you want a more subtle, relaxing light.

Clean, central, nice staff. We enjoyed everything about our stay. The food was very good. We stayed at another terme last winter and this one had higher quality food. At supper, there is a big buffet of sliced meats & cheeses, salads, cooked vegetables and also desserts and fruits. You can access this throughout the supper meal. It was a bit of a stampede at first but the staff replenished everything regularly and kept the buffet neat and clean. The breakfast was also good with different breads, pastries, scrambled and boiled eggs, meats, cheeses, yogurts, fruits, vegetables, etc. A waiter took our coffee order and brought us fresh coffees from the bar. There is also German style coffee and hot milk. The terme itself was smaller than the previous year but had more jets. This one had a Kneipp path (hot & cold pools) and a sauna of some sort plus the indoor and outdoor pools. It’s in the center of Abano, you can walk a few meters and be in a pedestrian area. There was also music in the lobby at night (lots of people came and listened and danced) and an exercise class in the outside pool.
We liked everything but learned as we were leaving that there are parking lots to the left and right of the building. Spots on the left are larger. We also learned that this hotel does charge for the mini bar.
