Fantastic location for central Split. Superb communication from the host. He met us at the site and got into our car to guide us to the free parking which is located a 2 minute walk away. He then took our case and showed us to our room and settled us in. Gave us directions into town (very easy straight walk). Room was very clean and well equipped. Air con was nice and quiet and worked well. Fridge worked well. Very comfortable stay - would highly recommend and would stay here again if I ever come back to Split. We even came back to our room mid-afernoon for a siesta as it was so close to the main attractions.
The only tiny gripe would be that there is no lift and we were on the 2nd floor. However, Stipe offered to come and take our luggage back down the stairs when we were checking out (we did not take him up on this offer, but it would have been very useful if we were older or more frail)

Spacious. Excellent location, 2 minutes from restaurants, 5 minutes walk to the shore.
