This is the second year we stayed at Residenza Di Fedralia. We came back not only because it’s very central, modern and clean, but also the positive experience we had last year. We forgot a golden ring in the safe box and noticed this once we already arrived in Athens and were about to fly back. The hotel staff located it and handed it over to our local Greek friend and this year we were re-united with the ring.
The facility is very nice and we would definitely go back.
This year our room was not properly cooling down although it showed 17 degrees celcius. When we communicated with the staff about this we noticed that they were not very happy about this and told us to keep the temperature at 20 degrees as long as the weather is not hotter than 35 degrees celcius.
The coffee machine was not working but after the reaction about the AC, we didn’t feel like we should approach them about this.
Also beware of the very steep stairs if you have an issue walking.

Easily accessible, very convenient location. Perfect for a quick holiday.
The room was quite small, but for a short stay this wasn't a problem at all. Maybe we don’t need the stools in the room to give us more space.

Very central, easy to access with codes provided by the property, comfortable bed
Room very small, and bathroom is uncomfortable and had mould on the ceiling! During the night it “rained” in our bathroom from the ceiling, which explains the mould I guess
