Location and decor
No elevator steep stairs from street to foyer and then to floor where room was with luggage was difficult

I would especially like to commend the entire staff of 999 Luxury Hotel. The reception staff are exceptionally kind, professional, and always ready to help, while the service staff equally deserve high praise for their attentiveness, warmth, and excellent service. Together, they all contribute to a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. We truly felt welcome throughout our entire stay. Highly recommended!
