We stayed in the top floor Double Room with Palamidi View for 1 night. The room is small as described but that's not a problem for a night or two. The bed is very comfy and the veranda is amazing. What a beautiful view. The location is brilliant in the heart of the old town and near the free public parking. The place is renovated in a very charming way. The breakfast is great too.
The check-in was at 3pm and we arrived at 5pm to let ourselves in as the reception was closed. There is no wardrobe in the room just some hangers to hang your clothes. There were two single-use paper cups for water in the room as opposed to glasses. It's a really nice place to stay but not so much a "boutique" experience. Still highly recommended.

Fantastic room. We booked the terrace on the rooftop, which we knew was quite small, but we did it because it had a fabulous terrace overlooking the town, which did not disappoint. Gorgeous sunsets, great to relax out there. You could lay in bed and look out and see the water. Beautiful view of the castle. Even though the room was a little bit small, would definitely book again. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were very hospitable, and everything was great. Highly recommend.

Our room was a double room with a fantastic terrace but the actual room size was very compact.

Staff were friendly, and it was very clean.
The terrace room was far too small for the price not enough space to two people. Then change to a bigger room. And it was better.
The rooms should have a coffee facilities
Breakfast system was an waste of food. As if we need to given our orders the night before its impossible to know what we would want in the morning. There's other systems that would reflect better a good customer care plus less waist of food.
