Beautiful building, lots of wood everywhere. Stunning garden- looks like heaven on earth. Lots of beautiful flowers and smells like paradise.
Staff super nice and friendly.
No kettles inside the rooms. I drink a lot of tea and didn’t feel like going to the bar every time I wanted a cuppa.

Finnish sauna outside was nice, although they turned it on only at our request, although it should have been working, according to their schedule. Food was diverse, but not completely fresh.
It was not clean, in the room or in the pool/spa area. some facilities are old and broken. The bath robes were smelling bad, none of the 2 waiters who were serving us spoke any German, English or Czech, so it was impossible to communicate and properly order. They forgot we had half board. There were 4 courses at dinner, but you couldn’t choose anything.
