Tout ! Ce petit hôtel est une pépite, nous avions deux chambres dont une sur l’océan . La cuisine est délicieuse,le personnel extrêmement gentil et le cadre magnifique.

Des desserts au menu seraient top .

La beauté du lieu et la vue. Les plats proposés étaient très qualitatifs.

Nous avions demandé à l’hôtel de réserver un taxi pour le transfert depuis l’aéroport, cela avait été validé mais la demande avait finalement été oubliée dans les heures qui ont suivies malgré les relances. Pas d’attention particulière pour la lune de miel (pourtant mentionnée au préalable et révoquée à notre arrivée). Une employée particulièrement insistante pour relancer le paiement de notes qui ont déjà été payés (le personnel ne note pas lorsque les notes sont payés et ils ne communiquent pas ensemble). Mauvaise wifi, ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre et de nombreuses coupures de courant.

The property itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views, lovely seating areas and delicious food. It's such a shame that our overall experience was let down by a number of small issues that kept adding up. A big challenge was restaurant service. Every meal took well over an hour to arrive, with one lunch taking almost two hours despite us being the only guests there during that time. Even simple starters took 1.5 hours to arrive. We were offered a complimentary drink as an apology, which was appreciated, but unfortunately the staff hadn't been informed, making for another awkward situation. Most of the food was very tasty (the chapati was especially good!), however we had one really awful, dry, grilled calamari dish with zero seasoning and after sending it back they still tried to charge us for it. It was eventually sorted out, but by then we already had a sour taste in our mouth. We are animal lovers so we loved petting all of the cats, however when they do their "business" right next to our dinner table and staff don't remove it even after mentioning it...that's where we have to draw the line. The yoga class they arranged was wonderful, but afterwards the instructor wasn't paid as promised, leaving him waiting for the manager (who had left by that time) and putting us in an uncomfortable position.

Our room was beautiful, but lacked a safe, fridge, kettle and tea or coffee facilities. The Wi-Fi also didn't reach our room. The open-air bathroom is a lovely concept, although some mesh above the bathroom would help keep insects out while maintaining the same aesthetic. On our first morning we arranged an early breakfast for a 7:00 am excursion. We were assured it would be delivered at 6:30am, but it only arrived at 7:20 am after we had already gone to wait for our transport. Luckily, our driver arrived at the same time so we were able to eat it as a take-away in the car. We also found the location more remote than expected. Unlike other places we stayed on the island, there wasn't much within walking distance, so most meals and activities required staying at or travelling from the resort. The biggest disappointment was the repeated reassurance around things that turned out not to be accurate. We specifically asked whether there were jellyfish before swimming and were told there weren't any, yet we immediately encountered several. Similarly, after mentioning my bee allergy, we were assured there were no bees around the property, but we saw many throughout our stay. Nature is nature, and neither of these things are necessarily the property's fault, but we would have appreciated more honest communication rather than reassurance that everything was completely safe. Lastly, the power did go out a few times during our stay. We understand that outages happen, but for a hospitality business a backup generator would make a noticeable difference to the guest experience. Overall, it's a beautiful property with so much potential. We genuinely wanted to love our stay, but the repeated service issues and lack of clear communication unfortunately left us feeling disappointed.
