Perfect location for exploring Catania!
Both rooms were very nice with balconies, rooms were well furnished and very clean.
All staff members we interacted with were friendly, extremely helpful and professional.
Breakfast was great and served on time.

My initial impression on arrival was a bit of a shock- very shabby outside

It’s in excellent location, very close to Via Etnea.
There are some areas of the hotel that are very nice and other sections that are run down.
The bedroom felt gloomy & depressing. There was broken/missing plaster on the inner wall beside the length of the door.
The bathroom was so narrow, you had to sit sideways on the toilet.
