The location, cleanliness and very comfortable
Only the light in the shower which we reported as broken, I sent an email and got a response straight away which was good thank you

The apartment is attractive and well positioned in the town, close to all amenities.
We were unable to get the temperature right in the shower, the water was too hot. Maybe leave instructions for use?
At our age, we found the stairs and codes awkward for getting our luggage in and out. We will be sure to check all details more thoroughly in future.

The location was great a few minutes walk from the Quay. Parking was easy and accommodation very good

Good mattress. Good black out curtains - decent bathroom and kitchen and it was clean
The location was awful - the windows and balcony overlooked buildings / apartments that were disgusting (not something I expected for a ‘luxurious’ deception). The description of luxurious didn’t match the quality of the furniture. The sofa was grubby and cheap fixtures and fittings and plastic flowers. Also next to very smelly restaurants with industrial fans blowing and noisy with windows open (which was needed in warm weather as the apartment was so stuffy)
No privacy curtain across the big patio window so very exposed unless you had blackout curtains drawn
