The whole experience of staying in The Shearing Shed was very good. It was just how the pictures believed it to be. The cowhide mats and fairy lights were a delightful touch. Everything we needed was available at hand with a few little extras like the horses and the dogs coming up to say hello and the heated bathroom floor on a cold morning. The bed was very comfy and Viv was a lovely host.

The Shearing Shed has lovely character; it has been transformed very nicely into a unique stay, retaining it's original identity. Very comfortable; kitchen, bathroom and lounge area are all very good. The fireplace adds plenty of warmth.

Loved it all: the location, George the horse, the fireplace, the comfy bed,hot shower,too many to name! Set in the beautiful countryside and so peaceful. Well recommended.
