This does NOT apply to the neighborhood marina. Every member and their guests/renters are allowed to use the marina, subject of course to our rules. The individual boat slips are privately owned. They cannot be use them without the owner's permission, but the marina as a whole is a neighborhood common area. The Area: Topsail is a 28 mile long, barrier island made up of marshes, barrier flats, dunes, and beach. Topsail Beach is home to Jolly Rodgers Pier - once an Observation tower for NASA – now a great fishing spot and the best place to watch sunrises and sea life. The Missiles and More Museum is also another great attraction to visit. North Topsail Beach
