About this chalet rental

Situated in Coolbaugh Township, this lovely chalet for $168 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in Arrowhead Lake. This cozy chalet has two bedrooms and a loft. A short walk down the street to Minisink Pool. Check out Arrowhead's two large lakes for swimming, fishing, kayaking, or canoeing. With a large deck and fire pit, you can enjoy the fresh mountain air any time of day or night. Close to Kalahari indoor water park and Skiing resorts: Camelback, Jack Frost, Big Boulder Located in gated Arrowhead Lake community. This cozy vacation home is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a flat screen 50" TV with complimentary Netflix and Amazon Video. Fully equipped kitchen with basics, a microwave, a washer/dryer, a fridge and an electric oven. Upper Bedroom- full bed Lower Bedroom - queen bed Loft - foldable queen bed Living room- foldable queen bed → Pellet Stove in living room to keep you warm → Complimentary towels and bed linens. → Baseboard heating. → Fast Wi-Fi, great for remote work and streaming. → 50-inch TV with Netflix and Amazon Video → Large deck with BBQ grill and dining table with seating. → Firepit with chairs. → Short 4 min walk to pool (Minisink Pool, open summer season). → Parking for 3 cars in private driveway. → Portable AC in living room Please Note that Arrowhead Lake community does have additional mandatory fees not included in house rental rate. Keep in mind, our community location is somewhat remote, which is perfect for those who want to stay away from city and highway. Arrowhead lake is a beautifully maintained private, gated community with 3 heated outdoor pools and snack bars (open summer season), 2 lakes with 4 beaches with playgrounds. Rental Shack with rowboat/canoe/paddle boat/bike rentals (open summer season), fishing, hiking, tennis courts, kids’ activities & clubs. NOTE: Pools are closed from Labor Day until Memorial Day Year-round activities take place in the community lodge. We are within 15 minutes of I-380 and I-80. Prime Pocono Lake location - House is located 15 miles away from skiing at Jack Frost and Big Boulder, 20 min away from Kalahari Resort Indoor Waterpark with Gorilla Grove Treetop Adventures (zipline) and Pocono Raceway. 25 min away from the Camelback Mountain Adventures (tight ropes, zip lines, swinging bridges, cargo nets, rope swings & more) and Camelbeach Water Park. 30 min to Mt. Airy Casino Near great places to eat: Dominic's Pizza, Murph's Hideaway and Jubilee! COMMUNITY FEES (mandatory, not included in booking price): Arrowhead Lake Community Fees (to be paid separately online 1+ days prior to arrival): 1) Temporary membership: a) IN SEASON (May 24 to Sept 2): $8.50 per person, per day. or $42.50 per person, per week. b) OFF SEASON (Sept 3 to May 23): $2 per person, per day. c) Children under 6 are free 2) Gate Card: $20 per vehicle, per stay 3) Administration: $20 one time, per stay (Non-refundable) 4) Late fee (for registrations submitted within 3 days of arrival date): $100 NOTE: All fees must be paid at least 3+ days prior to arrival to avoid late fee. Community does not accept registrations/payments less than 1 day prior to arrival. We will collect following info to be submitted to community with payment: number of guests and kids, names of every driver, full car info and guest names. Upon arrival, you will have to go to Rental Office to obtain your gate cards. Office open 10am-10pm. Let us know ahead of time if you plan to arrive after 10pm. Temporary Membership grants access to all community facilities and events, as well as access to pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, to Community Lodge with 3 fireplaces, library, fitness room (gym), game rooms and banquet hall. Note: Pools are open starting Memorial Day weekend, until Labor Day. TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRED WHETHER AMENITIES/FACILITIES ARE OPEN/USED OR NOT. Community amenities are owned and operated by Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Some amenities are seasonal (pools, beaches, rental shack etc) or maybe closed due to staffing, weather, maintenance or other reasons out of our control. Please double check with us on status of specific amenity.
