Come and stay with us at this ground floor single story 1 bedroom apartment! Fresh out of a complete renovation, it is immaculate and clean and the perfect place for your next vacation to St Augustine with your furry friend and loved ones! Located in Vilano Beach, a five minute drive to historic downtown St Augustine, and steps to the beach, only three houses from the beach boardwalk. Walking distance to Publix shopping center and numerous restaurants. Great fishing! Side fenced yard, nice covered patio with comfortable seating and table for dining al fresco. Fully stocked kitchen , basket style drip coffee maker, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator. Flat screen TV in living room with wifi connection/ streaming service. Beach chairs/wagon/umbrella provided.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for the first time and we enjoyed it! The property was clean and nice. It is SUPER close to the beach, restaurants, and downtown st Augustine! We also loved that there were plenty of towels and space for our things. I would recommend and I will be back!

In all honesty the place was perfect. We’re definitely coming back again. The place was extremely clean and nicely updated. The host was very responsive with getting back with me about any question I had which you can’t say about most places.

Everything we needed. Well stocked towels, sheets etc. beach chairs and wagon very helpful. The umbrella was missing a key component rendering it useless. We saw one of those big ole Florida roaches in the bathroom. All the appliances worked, lots of plates and utensils. We were there when no one was staying up stairs, so can't say if that would be noisy. A few other minor negatives, but we already want to go back! I'll give it a 9 outta 10

The property itself was clean, but gave it one star because of the over powering noxious smell. It was hard to tell what kind of smell..chemical or mold. Literally permeated all our clothes and felt like we were being poisoned. We tried very hard to air it out and that made little difference We left a day early just to escape it. I feel VRBO needs to do an inspection of this property. Nobody should be subjected to that and have to pay for it on top of it. It could make a sensitive person very ill. Which is unfortunate because the space was nicely done and updated and hosts were pleasant.
