The location is amazing. You are in the heart of it all. Shower and bed very comfortable. The apartment had everything and was a nice size.
Very loud including that you could hear everything in the apartment next door. Outside is also loud but I expected that. Bring earplugs !!!

Can't fault the location. So close to everything and the staff were pleasant and helpful.
The hotel did not feel like a 4 ⭐ hotel, and would benefit from being refurbished. The entrance from the street to get the lift to the first floor reception always had a musty/drain like smell: Not a great introduction. The bedroom and bathroom were starting to look dated. The cleaning staff did a good job , but older fixtures and fittings are difficult to keep pristine. Having carpets in the bedroom, and partially up the walls in the corridors!,is more difficult to keep clean than hard floors. I would have expected dressing robes and slippers , but these were sadly absent, and towels were not soft.The staff did a good job in replacing the mattress which was like a solid board, with a more comfortable one, but there's nothing they could do about the noise outside. If you don't like having Air conditioning on and prefer fresh air , bring ear plugs as the street noise goes on until the early hours of the morning. The room has a kettle, but the cord was so short that pouring hot water into a small cup was challenging as it required you to hold the cup below table level, which felt safer than having to pull the plug out of the wall and risk tipping the kettle over.
